Course Requirements
Each student will need to be able to tuck and or invert under the bar without the use of feet on the bar 5 reps, and have done some form of dynamic training before.
​
A questionnaire to be completed at the end of the course to help us understand the value of this new trial course.

Good level of English speaking/listening.

Please note: If you are new to School of Hoop, meaning you have not participated in a course before, we will need to see evidence of requirements listed above. This can be done via email, or instagram DM's.
