Over 1 week we will focus on what you want to learn, curating each student a personalised training plan, with up to 3 coaches there's plenty of support and advice available whenever you need.

Monday - Thursday 10:00am-3:30pm
Friday - 10:30 - 4pm

Venue - My Aerial Home, London.

Check, is this Course Right for you? This course is aimed at Intermediate and above students. Students must be able to tuck under the bar without use of feet for help. If you can't tuck under the bar with out the use of your feet, or if you can only invert using a straddle invert, this is not the course for you. Our 4 Week Intensive course is better suited to you, where we work with all levels. You must have worked on beats before. Don't worry if they're not perfect, but if you've never done any dynamic work before, this MAY not be the course for you. Depending on individual ability students new to dynamics can join this course. If you're unsure if this course is right for you or not, message us through our online chat and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Munich 2026
Join us for a whole weekend in Munich at the PepeDome tent in OstPark for an Intensive Weekend Workshop, concentrating on Dynamic Skills.

Learn the how's and why's of new skills with Ben Brown. From beginner to advanced dynamics, we'll be covering it all.
​
Join us on the 18th and 19th of April at the Pepedom Venue.
​​
10:30-3pm Saturday/Sunday

All students will be required to sign up to both days.
